Working for us
Our passionate and dedicated team share our mission to provide exceptional care to people living with dementia in the community. We aim to keep families together, to enable people to live well and to be a consistent support to people who need it.
All of our staff have access to bespoke training in addition to their regular mandatory training. This training covers a variety of conditions under the dementia umbrella including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, Pick’s disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, and vascular dementia. We also provide training on activity provision as this is a big part of what we do and is often what is the most important to people.
We believe in all of our staff and would be happy with any of our carers looking after our own family. Our care staff must share our positive and creative attitude, and be proud to be a part of a team that is incredibly passionate, forward thinking and above all privileged to support people living with dementia to live well.
Staff Testimonials
“I can make a really positive impact on clients and their families and I like to know that I have made a difference to someone’s day. I feel like I am part of a company that has a positive, hopeful outlook on dementia care and the services really focus on getting to know the individual person, their likes and interests. I think it is an innovative company to be working with and I am enjoying being a part of the team” L.S
“I have worked for the Rainbow Care Group since the very beginning and I couldn’t imagine working for anyone else. From the initial concept through to now, the care we deliver is centred around the person, not their diagnosis and spending my days with some of the most extraordinary and interesting people I have ever met cannot be described as ‘work.’
I am proud to be a part of the Rainbow Care Group and proud of everything they are going to achieve for people living with Dementia in the future” J.H
“Working for the Rainbow Care Group has opened my eyes to how dementia care should be delivered and I have gained some great skills and vast amounts of knowledge.
